WE GOT A HEART!!!! 🙂
It is with PROFOUND Gratitude, and optimistic anticipation that we enter this evening and greet the sunset!
About one hour ago the Doctors and Staff at PCH informed us that the miracle gift of a heart would be coming to Mia TONIGHT!
I say this with careful and nonrational enthusiasm…… because, there is a chance that the heart may not appear as good as they hope when they pick it up, but, if it IS good (and we assume it is), Mia will be going into surgery tonight approx 12:00 midnight, and will hopefully emerge 4 to 8 hours later with a new heart!!!
This astounding news and miracle can only be because of the Grace of God, the Power of Love, Prayer, Intention, and the fact that Mia is NOT done on this earth!! She was meant for greater things.
If I had more time, I’d do a better job with this……… but I wanted you all to know. So that you can sleep tonight, with guarded confidence, and believe that Whatever Mia needs, she will get.
I’ve got to go……. Mia is getting ready.
I just watched the sun set for the last time that Mia will have the heart she was born with. Tomorrow morning we hope to greet the sunrise with a new heart and a new chance to live again!!! HOW MANY OF US can say the same?!!
lastly, Please say a prayer of immense gratitude to the family of the person who is giving our Mia a second chance. The gift of Life.
Pray for the surgeons, the nurses, and everyone involved. And pray for Mia.
Thank you all for your love. It has truly been humbling and will leave a life long impact on my belief system.
Tomorrow is the First day of the Rest of her life!!!
